[ POLICY ]

Refund Policy / Kebijakan Pengembalian Dana.

1. General Policy

All payments to Aeterna Academy are final and non-refundable (No-Refund Policy), in line with our Terms of Service. Once a transaction is confirmed, curriculum access and all digital materials unlock to your account immediately — it is this instant nature of digital products that makes payments irreversible.

2. Try Everything Free — Before You Pay

We do not offer a refund window because you do not need to pay to judge the quality of Aeterna. The first Phase of the curriculum is open completely free, with no credit card and no time limit. Use that free access to decide calmly whether the way we teach is right for you — before a single rupiah changes hands.

3. Exception: Transaction Errors

The only exception is a technical error in the transaction itself. Your funds will be returned in full if:

  • You were charged more than once for the same transaction (double charge)
  • Funds were deducted but membership access never activated on your account, and we are unable to resolve the issue
  • An amount error occurred that is proven to originate from our payment system

4. How to Report a Transaction Issue

  • Email support@aeternaacademy.com or open a ticket on Aeterna Discord
  • Include: your transaction number, payment date, and proof of the charge (bank statement/payment notification screenshot)
  • Our team will respond within a maximum of 3 business days
  • If an exception under section 3 is confirmed, funds are returned via the original payment method (Midtrans/DOKU) within 7-14 business days, with status notifications sent by email

5. Other Provisions

  • Charity program contributions are voluntary donations and cannot be withdrawn under any circumstances
  • Access revoked for violations of the Terms of Service or code of conduct is not accompanied by any refund
  • Price changes or promotions after your payment do not create a right to the difference or a refund

6. Contact
